Benefits Of Distilled Water–Distilled Water And The Elderly

As you get older, it’s very important you keep a closer eye on your health. The older people get, it seems like the more medication is needed. When you drink distilled water, in a very small way, you may reduce the need of medication in your declining years.  How is this?

Bad Health Doesn’t Happen Overnight

What you do to your body the first 30 years can take a major toll on your body the next 50 years.  A major problem we have is we don’t properly hydrate our bodies and we don’t use the right type of water to hydrate our bodies.  When you drink tap water for decades, this can take a major toll on your overall health.  If you read my post, What’s In Your Water?–Why Drinking Distilled Water Is The Preferred Choice, it talks about the many things that is in your tap water and why drinking it for many years can be one of the reasons there are so many elderly people who have a plethora of health problems.

Some of the major health problems that are worth mentioning are:

  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Potential cancer due to certain carcinogens that are in tap water

Bad health is caused by bad habits.  I’m not the epitome of good health, but I try my best to do things and eat and drink things that reduces the damage I’ve been doing to my body over the years.  A good start is drinking distilled water as your main water source.

Let’s face, it the foods we eat, the drinks we buy, and when we bath and brush our teeth, we intake a certain amount of tap water, this is why you want to go for distilled water to flush out the toxins that your are letting into your body from the foods and drinks you consume and even when we bathe.

The Elderly Are More Likely To Be Sick.  Here’s Why…

As we get older, our bodies stop functioning properly.  We get joint pains in all of our joints.  Our backs aren’t as strong and sturdy as they were when we were young.  Impotence and incontinence becomes a major problem.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.  Could you be in your 80s and 90s and still have a functioning body like a person in their teens and 20s?  There are certain areas of the world that the population frequently reach 100 years old.  These people have been said to have the energy and strength of a 20 year old.  This might be an exaggeration, but even if they have the strength and energy of an 80 year old, and you’re 100 years old, that’s still saying a lot.

The elderly are more likely to be sick because in their youth, they did a lot of damage to their bodies.  Some intentional like heavy drug use, excessive  drinking, and massive weight gain.  Others had no control over what was about to come.  They inherited certain sicknesses and diseases from their family.  Their family may have a history of heart problems and they passed that on to their children.  We don’t know exactly how to reverse aging or how to live to be 100 years old and have the strength and energy of a teenager.  One thing that we do know is if you take care of your body, you’ll extend your life and hold on to your strength and energy levels a lot longer as you age.

One thing for certain is water is very important.  Joint inflammation (arthritis) can be decreased by being properly hydrated and eating foods that prevent inflammation of the body.  Circulatory problems comes from bad blood flow.  When your blood flow is blocked due to the heart not working properly, the veins, arteries, and capillaries being blocked by hard plaque,  etc, this can cause a chain reaction to other parts of your body.  One really good way to keep the blood flowing properly is by drinking distilled water (it holds a lot of toxins and flushes out your system of things that can get into your bloodstream and start to form a hard plaque) and eating foods and drinking other beverages that don’t destroy your circulatory system.

Consuming tap water over the years can be a problem for the people who have “done everything right” in their youth, but still end up having some type of sickness or disease when they become elderly.  Tap water can wreak havoc on your body due to the chemicals used in the tap water for the cleaning process, and anything else that got past the filtration and cleaning process.  Heavy metals will be a major problem because municipal water uses metal pipes.  Most of those pipes are so old and rusted but never have been replaced.  To replace every pipe in your city, that could mean weeks, months or even years of work, which may also mean no water for that city during that time.

If you were to start drinking distilled water now, you may be able to extend your life because your body isn’t getting all the bad stuff coming from your tap water.  You may improve your health because most of our health problems comes from improper hydration and eating foods and indulging in habits that can destroy our bodies. If you focus on consuming more distilled water, you may reduce the effects of the bad foods you eat or bad habits like smoking, drugs, and alcohol because your body is being flushed out.

A better way to improve your health all the way into your elder years, including drinking more distilled water, is to get rid of the habits that can destroy your body and start picking up habits that improve your body.  You don’t have to do everything at once.  If you work on these things every few years or so, you’ll see a big difference within the next few years after that.

Take care of your body now, so you’ll live to see your grandchildren grow up to be strong and healthy adults.

Tips That Can Improve Your Health And Well-Being That They Don’t Want You To Know

Did you know that just by changing a few simple things you extend your lifespan by 5-10 years or more?  Our bodies are amazing, simple, yet complex machines.  They’re simple because all we really require is eating, sleeping, mating, and do some type of physical activity to stimulate our minds and bodies.  They’re complex because there are things we are still discovering about the human body that changes our lives for the best or worst.

Years ago, people died from the common cold.  There have been studies that shows that, with proper nutrition and fasting for a certain period of time, you can reduce tumors and other things that modern medicine still struggles to find a cure (don’t take my word for it… look it up).

So why don’t “they” want you to know about improving your health and well-being without medical intervention?  Because you can do these things for little to no money.  Something as simple as drinking distilled water (price: ~ $1) and not eating for a certain amount of days, can give your body the rest it needs to reset and heal itself.  Once again don’t take my word for it… look it up!

If you start taking better care of your body by doing simple activities or eating a little different, you’ll see a huge improvement with little to no major effort:

  • Move around more often.  By doing something as simple as walking on a daily basis, you can actually lose a few pounds without killing yourself and running out of breath.
  • Drink more water.  The more hydrated your body is, the better it can function and remove toxins.
  • Do some type of resistance training with weights to increase muscle growth which can prevent bone and joint problems in your elder years.
  • Reduce the stress in your life.  All work and no play can destroy your health.  If you work hard, you have a right to play hard.

We have been conditioned to take a pill or cut out the problems we have with our bodies.  As the late Dr. Sebi said,

“If our bodies were meant to be cut open, we would come with zippers”.

Sometimes by relying on medicine and surgery you actually make the problem worse.  By medicating or cutting out one problem, you actually create another problem.  To prevent this from happening, make sure you are taking better care of yourself.
